WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
If you purchase products through the Website, you should note that we are authorised by the relevant seller to act on behalf of that seller as their undisclosed agent.
We will enter into a contract with you for the sale of the relevant products in our own name but the ultimate responsibility to you for those products lies with the relevant seller. When you - our customer makes a payment, the funds are remitted to Warrior Addict in its capacity of an undisclosed agent for the seller. Any refunds owed to you our customer will be issued by us using the same payment method employed by you the customer.

AFTER COMPLETION OF PAYMENT
As soon as the payment transaction has been completed, you will receive an email notification of your order with an order reference number, and it will list the products that you have ordered.
There is a very small possibility that the item(s) that you have ordered may not be in stock. If this is the case, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware or within a reasonable amount of time, and we will refund any monies paid, including any associated shipping costs.
TAXES & DUTIES
If you are browsing www.warrioraddict.com within the UK with a UK IP, then prices presented to you should include UK VAT. If you purchase from a UK domiciled vendor to a UK address, there will be no further taxes or duties to pay. However, if you are shipping items from a UK vendor to an address outside the UK, you maybe charged Taxe's & Duties upon receipt of the goods.
If you fail to pay the duties for your parcel, it will be considered Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that you will be responsible for paying any customs charges, duties, or taxes in the destination country. Customs will hold the parcel until all outstanding payments have been made. Failure to pay these fees may result in the parcel being returned, delayed, or even destroyed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any unpaid taxes, charges, duties, or shipping costs, nor can we be held responsible if the item is missing, destroyed, or shipped back to the sender. In any of these scenarios, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation from us.
PRICING
The prices of products available on our Marketplace can be listed in 130 global currencies, to see a list of currencies available to check out in, please scroll to the bottom of our home page and click on the up or down arrow where the currency box is located.
Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of all prices on the Site, there may be occasional errors. If a product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will inform you by email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Unless our Vendors/Sellers opt out of our Shipping Agreement, in which case they become wholly responsible for the shipping and safe delivery of our items, we are responsible for overseeing the shipping of products to you, our buyers, through our partnership with DHL Express Delivery. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an item is undelivered and is returned to the vendor due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, then Warrior Addict will inform the Vendor/Seller to annul the sale and return the money paid for the to you, the buyer, minus any shipping costs, which will be retained by Warrior Addict. We, Warrior Addict Ltd, will provide you, the Buyer, with a tracking link and shipping details in your order dispatch notification email. Warrior Addict Ltd is not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping or delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 28-day returns policy starting from the day that you received your order from the Seller. Please note that in order to be eligible for our UK Free Returns you must inform us of the return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
All items must be returned to the Seller before the end of this 28-day period for you to be entitled to a full refund from the vendor. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if applicable.
We offer free UK returns to all customers using either DHL, Evri or Royal Mail. To qualify for free returns, please make sure that you email support@warrioraddict.com with your Order Reference Number, The Item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return within 14 days from the receipt of your order. The returns process will also be provided on your returns form, which you should have received with your order.
To be entitled to a full refund, the items must be returned to the Sellers in new, unused, and undamaged condition with all labels, swing tags fully attached. Any products with tamper seals opened will not be refunded. Other exclusions include:
a) Products that have been customized, personalized, or made to your specific requirements.
b) Products that have had the seal removed that have been sealed for hygiene reasons or have tamper-proof seals which have been unsealed after delivery, such as underwear, swimwear, and beauty products.
c) Products where the internal packaging (branded and non-branded) has been removed. This includes plastic wrapping, jewelry boxes, and dust bags.
d) Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by you.
REFUNDS
Once the Vendor/Seller has received your returned order and it conforms to all of our conditions stated above, We will process the refund via the same payment method that you paid for it with. Please allow up to 10 working days for this refund to appear on your original payment method.
FAULTY GOODS
If the item that you have purchased is faulty, then please email us at support@warrioraddict.com as soon as you are aware of the problem, and we will take you through the procedure. If we find the item to be faulty, then, once the Seller has received the faulty item, we will either offer you a full refund (including associated shipping costs) or send you a replacement. You cannot claim an item as faulty after six months from the delivery date of the item. All returns for faulty items will be free of charge and will be organized through our own reputable 3rd-party delivery companies.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If Warrior Addict permits you to create an account on the Warrior Addict Marketplace, this is for your individual use only and is non-transferable to third parties unless agreed by Warrior Addict in writing. You must not authorize or permit any third party to use your account. You must take reasonable care to protect and keep confidential the account password and other account or identity information. You must notify Warrior Addict immediately of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a password, by contacting Warrior Addict Help and Support Centre. You are responsible for third parties who use your account or identity (unless and to the extent that Warrior Addict is at fault).
Warrior Addict reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer account (including deletion of data contained therein) and refuse any future use of the Warrior Addict Marketplace (or any part thereof) in the event of a breach of any of these Terms.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Sellers may offer warranties or guarantees on their products, but Warrior Addict Ltd does not provide any warranties or guarantees itself.
We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and complete, and that product details, images, and descriptions are correct when they are first uploaded. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content and provide no warranty or representation regarding it. Please note that the images of products on the website may not accurately reflect the actual colors, due to the limitations of our photographic process. Additionally, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, and we are not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from website unavailability.

Entrants must be 16 years of age or older.
Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom or possess a UK shipping address.
To enter, participants must follow both @warrioraddict and @ne_activwear on Instagram.
Entrants must comment on at least one post from each account using a heart emoji.
Multiple entries from the same participant will not increase the chances of winning.
Winners must provide their full name, address, email, and telephone number within 7 days of being notified.
Failure to provide the required details within the specified time frame will result in the selection of a new winner.
The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

By participating in the Warrior Addict Monthly Competition (the "Competition"), you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

In order to be in with a chance of winning Warrior Addict's Monthly Giveaway prize, entrants must be subscribed to Warrior Addict's E-Newsletter.
What You Can Win:
Warrior Addict will select an item from their online shop every month. This prize may vary in value but will be somewhere between £20.00 and £100.00. Warrior Addict reserves the right to decide upon which item it will be giving away. Warrior Addict will announce to their subscribers what the prize is between the 1st and the 7th of every month via their E-Newsletter and will announce the winner within the final 5 days of that month. There will only be one winner per month.

Substitution and Cancellation:
In the event that the chosen prize becomes unavailable, Warrior Addict reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of similar value.
Warrior Addict can cancel or halt the Competition at any time. In such cases, subscribers will be notified via email. However any ongoing Competition will be completed.
Delivery Responsibility:
Warrior Addict is not accountable for the successful delivery of the prize. If, for any reason, the prize fails to reach the winner, Warrior Addict may choose not to send a replacement, and the winner cannot claim any form of compensation.
