Post Run Yoga | A 20 Minute Flow
This class is suitable for all yoga levels including yoga for beginners. A great complement to anyone one that is a regular runner. Julian Alvarez is a professional football player and qualified yoga teacher. He has designed this class for those of you looking for some thorough post workout running stretches and cool down after running. Expect to get a deep stretch for leg stretches, hamstring stretches and quad stretch, calf stretches and glutes. We recommend that you practice this after any longer run, it is especially beneficial for anyone that is training to do a marathon or a half marathon.
