In this flow our Brand Warrior, former competitive swimmer & qualified yoga trainer Michael Toru leads you through a 45 minute yoga for swimming sequence. Go and get a block or a thick book, as you will need to use this as a prop. Michael is a keen swimmer and has designed this class to focus on strengthening and opening up the shoulders and hip flexors, improving both strength and flexibility. You will find that regularly practicing yoga can really complement your swimming training if practiced two to three times per week, helping you to improve your game and with injury prevention.
