This class is suitable for all yoga levels including yoga for beginners. In this class our Brand Warrior, soccer player and qualified yoga trainer Michael Toru leads you through a 20 minute yoga sequence for professional, amateur or occasional soccer players. Go and grab your soccer ball because you’ll need it! This is a fun class that really focuses on all of your key areas so your calves, hamstrings, quads and outer hips. It will give you a really deep stretch and will improve your flexibility, mobility and strength. Michael draws upon techniques from vinyasa yoga and yin yoga, which requires you to hold the poses for longer. We recommend practicing this class as frequently as possible (2-3 times per week) in order for you to improve your game.
