This class is suitable for all yoga levels including beginners to yoga. In this class our brand warrior and qualified yoga teacher James Rafael takes you through 20 minutes of yoga suitable for cyclists. Working on key areas of the body that will help with injury prevention, complement your cycling practice or if you are new to cycling it will help to prep your body. This yoga class works on you quad stretches, shoulder opening and stretches as well as your hip flexors and freeing up areas in your hips. We recommend practicing this call, directly after a cycle ride or 3-4 times per week to really see a difference.
