This Yoga Inspired Core Workout Series has been created by Jacob Melish AKA @surfyogijacob a world class Yogi and Pro-Surfer and has been designed as a progressive core work out challenge. Start with Level One - a 20 minute class that will set your foundations through yoga postures, sequence and core drills and then each week move up a level until you reach the max @ Level Four which is a much more challenging 50 minute high intensity class. This playful 40 minute Level 3 class has increased intensity and is designed as a progression from Level 2. This class is filled with various types of crunches and planks to reach all parts of your abs. This workout is tough and you will get sweaty - however there is an awesome and rewarding relaxation to help you to wind down at the end! Once you feel like you have smashed this class and you are ready (please take your time and repeat Level 3 as much as needed in order to achieve the best results) then move on up to the final Level 4 class.
