This Yoga Inspired Core Workout Series has been created by @surfyogijacob a world class Yogi and Pro-Surfer and has been designed as a progressive core work out challenge. Start with Level One - a 20 minute class that will set your foundations through yoga postures, sequence and core drills and then each week move up a level until you reach the max @ Level Four which is a much more challenging 50 minute high intensity class. This short Level 1 foundation class is designed to ease you gently into a new routine in manageable bitesize chunks, however with an abundance of crunches and planks, your abs will know they've had a workout.
