We are very proud to announce the arrival of our very first totally pro-planet yoga block.
Made out of cork which is a renewable source – FYI the cork comes from the bark of the tree so it re-grows and it actually helps the tree to live longer. The yoga block has been made in a family run factory in Portugal by Pedro and his team – check out the photo opposite, and the cork has been sourced from forests owned by the same family.
The cork yoga block measures 230 x 75 x 120 mm or 9 x 3 x 4.7". Our Warrior Block can be used for all types of yoga and is suitable for all levels from beginners to pros. It is designed to help you to more comfortably stretch into your yoga positions without putting any unnecessary strain on your body and can also help to improve alignment of the body .Yoga blocks can be placed under hands, feet or you lower back.
We recommend buying two yoga blocks, particularly if your are not so flexible, because quite often you will need to use two, one for each hand.
