Who Is My Yoga Trainer ?
Taught by one of the world’s top yogi's: Joa Gomez, AKA @joayoga, who has meticulously put together a three-month programme for complete yoga beginners that will turn you into a Warrior Yoga Addict by the end.

How Will It Work?
Every month we will release two 45-minute yoga challenges on our YouTube channel and a live zoom class with @joayoga. During the zoom class, you'll have the opportunity to build a community with the other participants and ask Joa questions at the end. The classes will be progressive so that you see loads of improvement by the time you have completed the challenge.
Who Can Join?
Anyone! Even though this class is designed for men, we don’t feel that yoga should be exclusive, so we welcome both men and women, from all corners of the globe!
Vloggers
We are looking for 5 guys to give an honest account of their yoga experience throughout ‘The Warrior Addict Men’s Yoga Challenge’ in a vlog. Every month we will share your personal account of your progress via our social media channels and in a newsletter to our subscribers.
