Q&A with Sergio Kirchhartz

Where are you from originally and where do you live now?

I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, originally from Spain, but with German roots. I actually teach Yoga & AcroYoga in Cascais (Portugal) and in Moraira (Spain).

Please tell us about your story and why you do what you do.

It took me 10 years after my first yoga experience until I made it part of my life and one of my greatest passions. In fact it wasn’t until later that I was introduced to my main passion ‘ Acro Yoga’ which opened up a whole new world for me. Yoga and Acro-Yoga completely transformed my opinion about sports, health and the mind. Today I want to share these lessons and passions with others to make them feel more satisfied with their bodies, their lives and in relationships.

How do you look after your physical and mental health ?

For Spanish speakers I recommend the book "El arte de vivir ahora" written by my sisters and me regarding how to find a Reason For Existence and live more in the present.
